Subscription &
Billing

What is the subscription plan?

We offer flexible subscription plans with billing occurring on a yearly or monthly basis. Our yearly plans include savings of up to 20% per month.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes. Should you like to change your plan (from monthly to annual, or to upgrade your plan) you can easily adjust the settings in your CephX account. Contact us if you are seeking other options.

Can I temporarily suspend my subscription?

Yes. Contact us if you want to pause your subscription, and we will be happy to help you

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. If you want to cancel your subscription completely, contact us and we will help you.

Are there any cancellation fees?

No. There are no cancellation fees or any hidden charges with any of our subscription plans.

Support

What’s the turnaround time for 2D Ceph analysis?

Normally our AI completes tracing within seconds. However, occasionally our AI algorithms will pass on a case for technical review before approving the traced ceph. This can happen for a number of reasons, for example when there is a low quality image (such as with scanned films), cropped-out anatomy, incorrect image uploaded (usually a pano instead of ceph), etc. In these instances one of our technicians will manually review the case and notify you when it is ready to be viewed.

How long does it take CephX to process a CBCT case?

Processing time can vary depending on the file size, resolution and quality of the scan. Usually in a matter of minutes.

I don’t have digital x-rays. Can I scan them instead?

Yes. CephX can provide tracing and analysis services for scanned films as well provided that they are scanned with back light scanners (like this one), and includes a ruler for scale calibration.

Do you work with 3D intraoral scan files?

No. Our services are provided for x-ray and CBCT data only.
