Buccal impaction of #23 in good position and #22 root normal.

Air volume analysis suggests reduced airflow due to a narrowed cross-sectional area and minimal anterior-posterior diameter, indicating potential airway issues, and possibly Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
