What is your processing turn-around time?
AlgoCeph handles your cephs within seconds. However, any ceph image that cannot be processed by AlgoCeph (such as low resolution, none-digital scanned x-rays or similar issues) will be handled by our team of specialists within 2 business days (in over 95% of the time in the same day or the next one).
I don’t have digital x-rays. Can I scan them instead?
Definitely yes! CephX can provide tracing & analysis service to scanned ceph x-rays as well.
Do you work with 3D / Cone-beam files
Yes, we can provide the service for cephs that come from 3D / cone-beam technology. Please contact us for more details.

Billing
Why do we charge monthly subscription fee?
CephX is a fully-featured cloud system, where you can create patient records, upload X-Ray and profile photos, and be sure you can always access past records, photos and analyses as they are stored, secured and backed-up daily! The monthly fee is related to your cloud account, where we will store your data.
Do you offer volume discounts?
X-Ray labs, multi-office companies, instructors/schools and other organizations generating more than average cephs a month are invited to contact us and inquire for volume discounts.
What if I need to suspend or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is as flexible as it can be – email us if you need to suspend your subscription or want to cancel it completely, and we will process it immediately. There’s no minimum contract time or any exit fees.
